HOW DO STUDENTS COLLECT MEALS?
Each student receives a dedicated Food Village keytag, which they link to their account in the app during setup. Once linked, the keytag becomes their pass to collect meals every day in school. At break or lunch, students simply scan their keytag at the collection point to receive their pre-ordered meal. It’s quick, cashless, and stress-free—plus, the same keytag can be used daily throughout their time in school.
HOW DO STUDENTS PAY FOR MEALS?
Payments are made through the Food Village app, where parents or students can top up a secure wallet linked to their account. The cost of any pre-ordered meals is automatically deducted at midnight before delivery. When collecting meals at school, students simply scan their dedicated keytag no cash or cards needed. For added flexibility, funds can be topped up anytime, and Instant Purchase Kiosks also allow students to buy meals, snacks, and drinks directly using their wallet balance.
