All orders are seamlessly placed through the user-friendly Food Village ordering App. Participation in this service is entirely optional for employees.

I AM AN EMPLOYEE
IMPORTANT: Orders Can Only Be Placed Through an Industry Account
To place orders, you must create an Industry Account. Individual employee accounts are not used — each employee should register their own Industry Account.
HOW TO REGISTER YOUR INDUSTRY ACCOUNT
Step 1: Register Your Account
Enter your name, email address, and phone number.
Create and confirm a password, then click Register.
Step 2: Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for a 4-digit OTP (One Time Password).
Enter the code in the app to verify your account.
Didn’t receive it? Tap the pencil icon beside your email to check for typos and resend the code.
Step 3: Complete Your Industry Details
Follow the prompts to set up your Industry Account.
Once completed, you’ll be ready to place orders.
What You Can Do with an Industry Account
With an industry account, you can:
- Place orders
- Manage payments or wallet credit
- View order history
- Track spending

Once your Food Village account is registered, you can start placing orders with our chefs immediately. Please note that Food Village is a cashless service — all orders must be paid through your in-app wallet.
