STUDENT REGISTRATION
Enter your name, email, phone number, and Class/Year. You’ll need access to the email used to enter a 4-digit OTP (One Time Passcode) sent for verification.

ALLERGENS
Select any allergens or ingredients you want excluded. Meals containing these will be removed from your menu. If none, click Save & Next.

SET YOUR PASSWORD
Create and confirm a password you’ll use to log into your Food Village account, then click Register.

VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT
Check your email for a 4-digit OTP and enter it in the app to verify your account.
Didn’t get the code? Tap the pencil icon beside your email to correct it and resend the OTP.

ACCOUNT REGISTERED
Once verified, you’ll access your dashboard to view the menu and start placing orders.

LINK TO A PARENT (OPTIONAL)

Link to a parent/guardian to manage your wallet for you.
To link, go to Profile > Link to Parent/Guardian and share your link.

IMPORTANT: Parents Can’t Order Without Linking to a Student Account

Only student accounts can place orders on Food Village. Parent accounts are used to manage and support student accounts — they cannot order independently.

We recommend students create their account first, then parents link to it. There are two options when registering: create a new student account or link with an existing one (detailed below).

PARENT REGISTRATION

Step 1: Register Your Account
Enter your name, email address, and phone number.
Create and confirm a password, then click Register.

Step 2: Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for a 4-digit OTP (One Time Password).
Enter the code in the app to verify your account.
Didn’t receive it? Tap the pencil icon beside your email to check for typos and resend the code.

Step 3: Link or Create Student Account
Once verified, you’ll be asked to either:

Create a New Student Account
(Continue the student registration process — note: each email must be unique.)

Link to an Existing Student
Enter the student’s registered email to connect your account.

If your student registered first, they can invite you directly:
In their app, they go to Profile > Link to Parent/Guardian and share the link with you.

Benefits of a Parent Account

With a linked parent account, you can:

• View, edit, or place orders on behalf of your student
• Manage the account wallet (add credit, set daily limits)
• Monitor spending and order history
  Note: Students cannot view or access card details on linked accounts.

TEACHER MEAL SERVICE – CONVENIENT, HEALTHY & ON-SITE

Food Village helps busy teachers access fresh, balanced meals without the hassle of meal prep or leaving campus. Our on-site service is designed to support your well-being and save time throughout the school day.

TEACHER REGISTRATION

Step 1: Select “I am a Teacher”
When starting registration, choose Education Type: I am a Teacher to ensure access to the correct features.

Step 2: Register Your Account
Enter your name, email address, and phone number.
Create and confirm your password, then click Register.

Step 3: Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for a 4-digit OTP (One Time Password).
Enter this code in the app to verify your email.
Didn’t receive it? Click the pencil icon beside your email to correct any typos and resend the code.

Step 4: Add a Bank Card
Food Village is a cashless service.
Add your bank card in the wallet section of the app and top up your account.

Step 5: Start Ordering
Once verified and topped up, you’re ready to browse the menu and order meals through the app.
